This challenging project consisted of the construction of partial interchange, new roadway and bridge.  HRI is performing all the major items of work.  Due to a tight construction schedule, much of the bulk excavation and embankment work was performed during the winter to allow the overhead bridge to be constructed.  Following the bridge construction, grading and paving will be performed with all asphalt produced by HRI.
